POC issue

Hi, Friends

I have come accross one issue where I found POC =120%. (By Cost proportionality) for one particular WBS element in project. Naturally when RA is perfomed, system is continuously giving Reserves for unrealised cost.Can actual POC be more than 100%.? If not what are the configurational measures one should take to avoid such scenario?

I haven't tried this for myself. But just refer the SPRO node

Progress->Define Measurement methods-> Define Measurement Methods set the maximum POC.

I think POC all depends on the your overall planned costs and Actuals so you can expect any %'ge depending on these values.

Hi Adwait,

If your actual costs are greater than the planned costs, POC can be greater than 100%. If this is not the case with you, then give some more detail about your issue.
