Hi,
Can someone help me in getting some sample scenarios using Wait,Switch and Exception handling in BPM

The same you can find in your Integration Repository under SWCV "SAP BASIS" . Just explore it and you will find all kind of patterns.

SAP delivered samples. In integration repository goto Software Component: SAP BASIS.

Refer the TBIT for BPM also refer the TBIT44 for practical handson
under the BASIS SWCV u will get many scenario related to BPM. I suggest u refer that.
