Change Request No. Range problem

Hi,

When creating change requests using trns CRMD_ORDER, I get a message saying "No internal no. range assigned".

I have created the relevant no. ranges for:

/TMWFLOW/D

/TMWFLOW/V

/TMWFLOW/M

What other no. range is it looking for?

Hey sniper,

GO to SPRO-> SAP SolMAN-> Scenario specific settings->Service Desk-> Define Transaction types....

Here go to relevant transaction type and and click on details button..

Here you will have to input an internal nos range, use the dropdown on that field.

If there arent any, then create a internal nos range using tcode CRMC_NR_RA_SERVICE.

Hi Anand,

When I have a look at the menu path above, I have already assigned number ranges for internal and external fo the following transaction type:

SDCR - Change Request

SDDV - Project

SDHF - Urgent (Preliminary) Correction

SDMI - Normal Correction

Which trans.typ is being used via when creating CR using transaction CRMD_ORDER.

Also how different are the above number objects to:

/TMWFLOW/D

/TMWFLOW/V

/TMWFLOW/M
