GOA - update release information

Former Member

Hi everyone,

We are using SRM 5.5 with R/3 as a backend.

We have a GOA that is successfully replicated to backend.

But release information is missing.

When we check the replicated contract for som items, we see that there exists many PO's created in reference.

But in SRM the contract does not show this information.

How can we synchronize SRM and R/3?

Thanks in advance...

Hi,

you need to configure the Idoc BLAREL as Outbound in R/3 and as Inbound in SRM

within the ALE settings.

Cheers,

The settings are already maintained.

We have other GOAs that have release information.

Actually I was asking the way for bringing previously created PO information to SRM.

Thanks

hm, not quite sure, what you want to accomplish.

When a GOA is created and distributed, it then is available for Sourcing. With the settings in place,

all POs placed against this GOA are recorded and pushed up to SRM. Release Orders are visible on Item Level in the GOA.

Are you looking for migration of existing GOAs to SRM with their already published POs?

This will not work - GOAs would need to be recreated in SRM and the release history then starts.

Could you clearify your issue?

For a period of time, there was a problem in our system, so POs created in R/3 in that period did not come to SRM.

I want to synchronize SRM and R/3 now.

Is there a function module in SRM that performs this.

Thanks a lot.

Hi

Try this --->

Note 1097602 Purchase Orders are not displayed in SRM Contract Release

I guess ...

Method /SAPSRM/CL_PDO_DO_RELEASES -> GET_DOCUMENT_STATUS bring correct status from Back-end to SRM system..

Otherwise, also look for reports -

Execute BBP_GET_STATUS_2 / CLEAN_REQREQ_UP report manually...

Do let me know.

Hi Atul,

I couldn't find /SAPSRM/CL_PDO_DO_RELEASES -> GET_DOCUMENT_STATUS.

I tried SE38, SE37 and SE24 but neither of the worked.

Could you please help?

Thanks.
