I just want to know the steps for connecting an existing system with a new database instance of another system, if it,s database is not working.I am currently working in maxdb.
You will want to start looking at the settings in the default profile.
From your post, it sounds like the database on the current system is no longer working so you want to switch to a database running on another system. Is that what you mean?
