warning msg "Enter info record without material"

Hi all,

I am subcontracting an operation in service order. which has got info record and the price will be copied from it. But when i change the price in service order, a warning msg pops up saying "Enter info record without material" and manually entered price will not be considered........ need to know y this happens and the procedure for this. I want manually entered price to override the price copied from info record... plz help
