Dynamic decimals length print out in smartforms?

Please help. As subject.

It's possible? by each record maybe different for decimals length.

I tryed to using parameter to change decimals length, but it's not work, please help. Thanks a lot!!

Hi Nicole,

As I understand, your requirement is that every record in the line items could have the same column (quant) field with different decimals e.g. 2,3,4 etc.

Why dont you create another column in your internal table of type character, and move the decimal field which is calculated/determined into this character field and display the new character field in the smartform. This would prevent any issues related to restrictions set by having to specify a fixed decimal.

Thanks for your help. Your suggestion is good method. But not suitable for my case. Because in my case, my program will have four formats. Each format have more than 10 fields for amount(need to dynamic decimals) and need to calculate subtotal by different criteria.
