Hello Dear All
I am applying support Package: SAPKB70008 on SOLMAN 4.0 for component SAP_BASIS with release 700.
I am getting following error

The import was stopped, since an error occurred during the phase
DISASSEMBLE, which the Support Package Manager is unable to resolve
without your input.
After you have corrected the cause of the error, continue with the
import by choosing Support Package -> Import queue from the initial
screen of the Support Package Manager.
The following details help you to analyze the problem:
- Error in phase: DISASSEMBLE
- Reason for error: PATCH_FILE_READ_ERROR
- Return code: 12
- Error message: OCS Package: SAPKB70008

What I have done so far is.......
1. Deleted the que and try to apply the Support Pack once again and got the same error.
2. Downloaded the support packs onnce again from market place and try to do it but no luck still same error.
3. Turned the Antivirus off and tried to do it and have teh same problem.
Can any one help me with this problem.

I suggest you clean your \usr\sap\trans\EPS\in and put the files again there. Check if you are runnign out of space also.
The disssembling process produces a data and a cofile from the EPS package, that is failing.
