Hi, does anybody has information about transferring actual datas from cProjects to an internal order.
The planned datas are transferred, but the acctual datas from the confirmation of a task I can't
see anything on the internal order.
Thanks, Martin
Hi
Make sure you have all settings done in controlling.
Complete status of tasks.
restart your browser.
some relevant settings are:
KOT2_OPA - order types
KOM2 -- model order.

Hi Niranjan
Yes I have already done the controlling setttings.
For the planned Work I have assigned aproject role and a cost/ revenue rate.
That is sufficent for transfer the planed work with the rate.
Do I need more settings for the confirmed work, such as organisational seetings?
Do I also need the ressource name from the backend-system?
Does the system takes for that the rate from the backend system, from the costecenter to the HR masterdata?
If yes do you have any documents about that?
Thanks, Martin
Hi Martin,
IN SPRO > you define cost revenue rates
these rates are org dependent.
so if you want to use rates depending upon organization then you need to specify org unit there and from Frontend
Project > Additional data > org Unit
I hope you have created Business partners (Tcode: BP) and maintained the partners as employees with ID in control tab.
then you need to use these BPs for staffing for Project roles.
then the resources which are assigned tasks ll confirm the work and then complete the phase.
SAVE
I hope you have released the project.
Are you using Release strategy for transferring data?
Niranjan
Let me know if it helps...
Hi Martin,
I am not sure, what you refer to the 'actual datas', do you mean 'actual dates' ?
Kind regards,
Zhenbo
