Print Problem

Hi all,

We are using ECC 6.0 SR2, Sql Server 2005, win 2003 server

We are using Front end printing and when i give print in dot matrix printer for one user it self Print (Output) is coming but print is not clear like in ascii Charaters but in case of windows print it is clear................... Please let me know the solution

Hi Raj,

If the caracters printed by the dot matrix or line printer as not readable is because the Device type in SPAD is not properly configured... you need to find a compatible device or emulator for you printer
