can we automatically trigger the creation of inspection lot for material coming from subcontractor. If yes please explain the required setting to do.

Just activate insp 01 in material master and create inspection plan with usage 5(GR). assogn the trequired charecteristics.
When you do the GR, insp lot will be created.

I have another issue related By-Product,
Can we trigger automatic inspection lot for by-product and can we assign batch to by-product. If yes please explain its setting.
Asssign the batch during GR and see that QM is active for the material concerned and task list is maintained, see that in OMJJ, for 531 mov tye(by product GR) QM is active if not pl come back.
