Error: "Internal problem occurred during posting of central doc."

In our company, after Returns(RGA), we go to QM01 to send the goods for quality mgmt. When I enter all the details in TC QM01 and try to save it, I am getting an error saying " Internal problem occurred during posting of central doc. Flow, could not save."

Any help in this regard is greatly appreciated.

This was solved by our basis experts by updating Kernel..
