PO change WF

Hi there,

SRM 5.0 SP10 EC scenario

High value SWL PO originally went through all levels for approval. When amended to higher value only went to first level for approval. The WF we are using for PO approval is ws14000075.

The normal Po is going for reapproval to all levels problem is coming for SWL only.

any inputs please

Definitely seems like a bug..

Please check SAP OSS Note - 1074154.

Hi Atul,

Thx for the info but I dont think the note provided is usefull for me.

The problem is coming only for SWL with higher value not going for reapproval and going only for first level. Is there any other different workflow within change PO wf for SWL.

Please clarify.

Hi

Please check the consistency of the WF WS14000075 in transaction SWDD.

If it is inconsistent or no showing any error message try to create a version

follow these steps ....

1. Run the function module SWD_WFD_REPLICATE_FROM_9999 and copy it.

2. Re-activate the WF definitions in the transaction SWDD

3. Check Consistency in the transaction SWUD
