The error of the icm

Our company made the EP7.0 display the report of Ecc5.0 with ITS.But it often bring on the ICM server down.I check the trace file of the ICM,IT has this error:

And I found I can't restart the Icm server when the sap server is running.

I would suggest to create a SAP customer message on component BC-CST-IC.
