Spool Process

Dear All,

system details: NW 7, db2, iseries.

we are using 3 spool work processes in our production system, but i checked only one spool process is in use. I mean for printing work load, that should be divided in three, but only one spool process is attending the request and others i can see in "waiting" status.

There is one spool server. How can i make use of all three spool work processes.
