Dynamic content missing in alerts

Hi gurus

We have a requirement to post alerts in some other ECC system if some validation fails during runtime in XI. I am invoking function module SALERT_CREATE to trigger alert in that ECC system. Alert is raised but the dynamic content that I am passing in short text and long text is not coming.

I am not able to ascertain why is this happening?

The short text and long text would not work for the dynamic configuration. They are meant for only static configuration. Go through the help for this.
