Import Design Objects

Hi Guys,

we have an xi-test system whis his own business systems and his own sld.

on the other hand there is the landscape with develop, qs and prod_xi and also an sld.

when i try to export design objects from xi develop as file, and import this file in

xi-test, it looks like all is fine.

but there is no product and no software component in sld-test.

when i create the product and swcv with the same name and

import swcv from sld i have the swcv twice, one from import the design objects and one from import from sld??

how can i fix this ??

Hey, I thought that its a single sld scenario and my earlier response was for that.

For ur case:

First step should be the transport of SLD objects.

Select the Software Component in Dev SLD and Click on Export.

Import it in the Test system

Then u should move to the IR transports

but there is no product and no software component in sld-test.

It is not required. ur scenario will work after the transport without any software component entry in SLD

so in the integration builder all is fine but ihe bussines systems have no product?

Hi Ralf,

you can't ex-/import your Software Catalog from one SLD to the other. You need to maintain it manually.

Hi Ralf,

just delete the empty SWCV. SWCV, namespace, etc. are genereated automatically during the import.
