Hi,
Open the saplogon.ini file which is placed at location mentioned in the properties of the logon pad.That file will contain an entry “NoEditFunctionality=1”, which restricts the access.
Make that entry as NoEditFunctionality=0. Save and close the ini file thereafter.
Now check the logon pad. It will have 3 addon tabs viz New item, Change item, Delete item
