SRM workflow

Hi Intellects,

Quesion 1 :-

WS14500015 is the workflow .

Now i have to modify the mails that are currently being sent to the approver to notify him , requestor to inform him about approval or rejection and the reviewer.

Now standard program RSWUWFMLEC is required to be modified , however it only sends notification to approver ?

Now to send mail to reviewer and rejector , it has to be done thru the workflow ?

Question 2 :-

Now , I have to send shopping cart details in the mail to requestor and reviewer , so i have to modify the task that sends mail to both of them.

To get the details I have to use a function module , now is it possible to write a subroutine in the editor of task Description and then this subroutine calls a program that has the function module ?

Hi

1) Use SPRO -> Cross Application settings -> SAP Business Workflow -> Define Recipient of Notifications

2) Yes quite possible.. You need to design / enhance the Workflow accordingly..
