Hi,
If you database SQL Server then you can do it easily.
I suggest change password of both users <SID>adm user and SAPService<SID>.
and change password which assigned to new password for below services.
SAPOSCOL and SAP<sid>_<instance id>

Log on as sidadm. Start Windows Security and change password.
Next - check if sidadm user is not used to start any windows services - if yes, update password for service startup.

Click Start-->Windows Security OR press AltCtrlDel and select "Change Password" button. Whether it is local or domain install, you can change password from there. In fact, I use this method to change all <sid>adm passwords from my own desktop - just change DOMAIN\<yourname> to DOMAIN\<sid>adm and finish the password change...
Note: While you can use the same method for the SAPServiceSID, restart same ASAP if you do...

If this is domain installation - then change the account on DC, if local installation - change it locally in Local Users and Groups.
