Dispatcher Stopped!!!!!!!!!!

Dear All,

Error:-

Dispatcher is not running in my BIW system.

Database is oracle 9.2

Past History:-

In the same host where my BIW is running I have tried to install SCM 5.0 with oracle 10.2.During installation when I just checked whether my BIW system is working or not it showed then that the dispatcher is not working.

Hello,

Incase if the BIW system was running properly before installing the SCM 5.0. Then please check with the following:

1) The Oracle Listener Port for Both of the Systems (BIW & SCM). It should not be same.

Also check the connectivity of the database to BIW system with R3trans -d and R3trans -x

2) Kindly check with the Resource , mainly RAM.
