Outbound Queues getting stuck

Hello Experts,

We use XI for data replication from CRM to R/3. Now because of error in one outbound queue all the remaining queues are getting stuck. We want to do this, even if there is an error in one queue we should be able to process the remaining queues. for example, Queue 1 has some error and we have 100 queues, so other we should be able to process other 99 queues without any problem. Its consuming so much time.

Please reply.

Points will be rewarded generousely.

Hi,

First of all, a DDIC change must be carried out both in the CRM server and in the R/3 Backend system. Consider Note 612341.

It is very important that this DDIC change is released before or at the same time as the change of this note.

To solve the problem, a correction must be made both in the CRM server and in the R/3 Backend system.

The correction only prevents the problem occurring again. To delete the STOP entries from the outbound queue, you have to make sure that the initial load or request was processed completely (in particular, there must not be queues left and the status in transaction R3AM1 or R3AR3 must be green). If this is the case, delete the STOP entry from the queue.

If there are other entries in addition to the STOP entry in the same queue, data inconsistencies may occur if the STOP entry is deleted. In this case, deregister the entire destination in transaction SMQS, then delete the STOP entry and start the queue. When all entries have been processed, register the destination again in transaction SMQS.

HI Sajjan,

Please check with the SAP guys whether the Queue is registered or not. We had a similar situation wherein the Queue got blocked. The reason for it was that the Queue was not registered. So IF your queue is not registered then getting it registered might solve your problem.
