After Installation SOLMAN 4.0?

Hi Dear Gurus.

In our company we already have ERP and BW recently i have installed SOLMAN 4.0 and just wondering what need to be performed to bring up the system under this and i want to configure maintainence Optimizer.

please tell me what are all the activities that to be done to go further in this installation.

Hi,

1. Update your SOLMAN to SP10 (Minimum)

2. Install ST-PI, ST/A-PI in Satellite Sytems (Your ERP and BW).

3. Setup your System Landscape in SMSY transaction.

4. Implement this note 990534 - Solution Manager Maintenance Optimizer: BC Set

5. Map Solution Manager user and your Marketplace id using transaction AISUSER

6. Create a Solution in DSWP.

7. Maintain Global Settings in DSWP.

That's IT, your Maintenance Optimizer would be Ready.

This will Solve your problem.

I am not sure how to setup system landscape in SMSY and how to Map solution manager user and market place id using AISUSER.

Can you please provide more detail information regardiong this if possible.

If required

[Delete RFCs|https://websmp110.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700002912212006E.sim]

This will solve your problem.

Hi,

You may have to delete the RFCs, when you establish Trusted RFCs and you don't have authorization for Trusted login.

What does SP10 means ? How to upgrade to SP 10 & how do I know where I am right now .. Which SP level ?
