Export Option to export report S_ALR_87100186

User is running the repot tS_ALR_87100186

At the output screen he sees export button is grayed out.

I ran the SU53 and got the following error message.

K_KA_RPT missing 61 value

I went to the general role and added the object with

61 value but still the export button is not showing up.

am I missing anything ?

How many times did you repeat the steps try-> SU53 -> fix -> try -> SU53 -> fix.... etc?

SU53 gives you the first failed authorization check but fixing that does not mean all your problems are solved.

Also user can not go to system -> status -> save -> file.

Which object is this ?

Wait a minute, I've seen that behaviour before but can't remember how or why it is caused.

Are you sure it is an authorization problen? Is there also a user who can download the results?

Hi Pranav....

Trace the user to check which object is getting failed.

also a clarification , SU53 will show the LAST failed authorization object.

You might also want to check object : S_ALV_LAYO

I tried that one also by adding it but I still see the save -> file

and report -> export are grayed out.

S_GUI does have 60 61 both.

I am starting think if this export icon and access is

report specific.

user to export out even if user has the access.
