Assign person not reflected in CMP2 & CMP3

Hi,

When we assign the person in CJ20N under person assignment tab & go to CMP2 or CMP3 , we are unable to see these persons. It means person assignment in project builder is not getting reflected in work force planning dedicated transactions.Can you suggest what may be the possible reason for that.

Thanks for your reply....

I checked & found that persons are available during that period...so availabilty is not the problem....only CMP2/CMP3 assignment is not getting reflected into CJ20N.

Hi Ashok,

Please check whether you have "activated capacities" in your project. if not go to planning board Edit -> Functions -> Activate Capacities. Then try to run CMP2 / CMP3 and check.

Persons whom are all assigned in the workcenter only will be picked and also based on their availability period.

check the persons assigned in the workcenter and also their availability period.
