What do you want the lock to prevent from happening, e.g. logon to the client, overwrite by client copy?

If we delete the entry from 'T000' table no one can log on...
I want the second method or way .

Modifying the T000 doesn't seem to be a recommended solution.
Instead, you can do this:
1. login into the client you wish to lock.
2. execute SU10 (Mass user changes)
3. Select All users except your own user which you used to login.
4. Select the 'lock' icon on the top to lock all users and hit execute.
5. Logout of the system.
By doing this only you would be able to login into the system.
PS: I still did not understand the purpose of these actions anyways.
