issue on exise duty

hai gurus

how the exise duty is calculated for free goods process

ex if i am raising the sales order for 10 pens the system gives 10 as a chargable and 2 are as a free

JMAN is a manual condition for Excise. One of the work around possible is to maintain JMAN condition Manually for such scenario.

Alternatively, raise a separate Debit Memo for the Same to the Customer & to capture the Same in Excise register, maintain an Excise JV through Transaction Code: J1IH.
