Oragnizational Mangament and Business Partnet mapping in cProjects

Hi Experts,

I need to map the OM and Business partner in cProjects. What are the steps and how to customize the same ?

Is there anything WFM Core required and relevant ?

Hi Jyoti,

In cProjects 4.0, WFM core is not necessary. You can use the report HR_SYNC_PERSON to create BPs from HR System.

Please ensure that you have made relevant settings in transaction OO_CENTRAL_PERSON.

If you're not using WFM core, please ensure that your role types have the 'WFD server' checkbox unticked.

Hi Joyti,

For mapping Buisness partner(BP) , you have to create BP in cproject system with help of T code BP .

OR

Procedure

-->On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Hospital ® Basic Data Administration ->Business Partners -> General -> Create.

The Create Business Partner: Initial Screen appears. Business partner is selected by default under the Function group header.

-->First use the business partner search to check that the business partner does not exist in the system. Under the Search criteria group header, enter the name, and then choose Display.

If you are working with external number assignment, specify the identification key of the business partner, and then choose Create.

If you are working with internal number assignment, choose Create. The system assigns an identification key to the business partner when you save the business partner data.

-->The Create Business Partner: Address Data Entry Screen appears. The system transfers the data you specified as search criteria on the initial screen into the entry screen.

-->Maintain the name and address data of the general business partner.

-->Now save the data.

NOTE : FIRST CREATE BUSINESS PARTNER AND THEN AGAIN TO GOTO t- code BP AND CONVERT BUISNESS PARTNER AS EMPLOYE.

once you done this

then goto c project reosure tab ---> search for employe ( business partner).
