Hello experts,

is there any documentation/tutorial/blog etc. available for the mobile sales online scenario for black berry/mobile phone etc. ?

I just want to see/test this scenario, because I'm searching

for an alternative for our mobile sales (offline).

Is this really much easier to administrate and to handle ?

Thanks for your replpy,

Gerd

Ji Oli,

thanks !

I've now deployed the xmsa-files, but I get error in

opening the configuration scenario of xmsa:

Failed to resolve JCO destination name 'MBA_MSO_RFC_METADATA_DEST'

Checking the Jco, there are 4 entries mentioned for the

MBA...-destinations, but they have status 'not defined' (red).

Maintaining/creating again does not solve the problem, they still

not defined.

Does you what this could be ?

Thanks

Gerd

Hi,

jou need to define these in Visual Admin for the J2EE.

Have a look here on the general procedure. but this should be mentioned in the setup guide es well I think.

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/a3/583aef1baa6d42b22bedcb4dec5db9/frameset.htm

Follow the link: Config Sap Netweaver -> Config Mobile Admin -> Enable Mobile Componen t Uploads

This explains how to setup JCO connections in general. I think either this is missing completely for you or there are some settings you have to do in the setup of Mobile Sales you have not done. I think it is the last case.

Hope this helps to get you a step further.

Regards,

Oliver

Hi,

there is a Document available:

https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/70183eb1-a116-2a10-d3ad-ecd1830b...

But I guess you already know that one.

Yes, it is easy to maintain, but like most standard products it makes sence to adapt it a little to support the users better in their daily work. Because the Document mentioned has some screenshots, I think you can get an impression about the product itself as well.

Hope this helps. If not or you need a consultant for thew implementation, feel free to contact me, you find my details on the card in SDN.

Regards,

Oliver
