Standar Background Jobs

I installed solman4.0 SP12 successfully what are the post configurations i have to do i mean Executing Standard Background Jobs ETC.,

Read the installetion manual.its clearly mentioned the post activities after installtion and for standard background jobs refer this note no : 16083

Thank you for providing Note, and apart from standard jobs what i have to do, actually i installed solution manager 4.0 SP12 and i have DEV and PRD Server so how can i add these two servers in my solmand please guide me or if you any notes...
