Roles for only display authorizations

Hi Experts,

Can any one suggest me how to creat the role only for display authorizations for basis.

Is any standard role like this? if it is please let me know.

Hi,

Create a new role in dev.

Add required transaction codes.

Under the authorization objects maintain the activity to 03 and 08

Test the role.

Please use the search function on the forum for display roles. There are numerous posts giving detailed instructions on how to create display roles.

look in Profile S_A_SHOW and you will see all objects needed.

You can import this profile in a role, only the thing you need extra than that is the TRX> But you can ask a Basis admin to give you a list of needed TRX. Be sure to ONLY get display TRX. and als not give any other activity code than 03 and 08

I consider that to be dangerous advice because it assumes that activities are checked in all transactions.
