according to sapnotes 937697, i want to download

"SAP NetWeaver BI Diagnostics & Support Desk Tool"

to check the configuration of our system and to collect detailed information regarding your SAP NetWeaver BI installation.

can you please help me the link [or] step by step format to download the tool

Tool is already attached to the OSS note 937697 (tool.zip). Just right click and download.
