Can Any one of you please tell me the brief steps for configuring Solution Manager Diagnostics pls.

Hi Imran,

Below are the steps:

 Implementing Diagnostics Server on SAP Solution Manager

a. Running Diagnostics Setup Wizard

b. Install Wily Introscope Enterprise Manager

c. Install Introscope Agent

d. Install Introscope Work station

e. Configuration of Remote Connection for SAP Support

 Installing Agents

a. Installation of SMD Agent - Completed

 Configuring the Agents on the Managed System

a. Landscape definition in SMSY

b. Managed Systems Setup
