condition type

Condition type K004 for material discount is only looking for a condition record for the reference material and ignoring the condition record for the actual material.

How can make the system search for the martial record first and if not found try to find the reference material record. Please provide examples.

i guess thts std functionality and thts wat is the purpose of reference mats. the alternative to me is to remove the mat.

Hi Sabina,

Do as follows.

Check access sequence of K004 condition type and open it's maintainance. It is K004 access sequence only. and has only one access in it.

Select the access row and click on fields maintain access sequence.

Check the field name which is maintained for the table. Generally it will be PMATN, change it to MATNR( material number).

This will check the material first and then if you maintain material reference number it will check.

If you do not maintain other access sequence it will take the value from MATNR only.

Hi Sabina,

Create one more condition table with Actual material and then assign it to K004 access sequence.Then activate exclsive check box for all the table in the access sequence in accesses.

hi,

first u create a new access sequence, where u have to create multiple accesses,

In the first access, u maintain the condition record/table for the own material

In the second access, u maintain the reference material condition.

Also maintain the exclusive indicator according to ur requirement.

Finally, assign this newly created access sequence to the conditon type K004 at V/06 screen,

Hope this will solve ur problem.
