FSCM_BD and Missing Library

I am trying to make a custom change to the FSCM_BD Software Component and when I import the code into NWDS, I have this error message - "The import com.sap.isa cannot be resolved". The full class that is trying to be imported is com.sap.isa.core.security.SecureStore. Does anyone know where I can get this library?

I am working on 2004s SP12 and FSCM_BD 6.
