Java Stack required for SRM Standalone installation?

Hi,

I need to install SRM 6.0 as standalone server.

Its going tot be central instance.

The question i have is,

1.Do i need to install SRM with Dual Stack (ABAP + JAVA)?

2.Does java stack mandatory to run SRM application?

Hi,

ABAP is mandatory,

JAVA part only to run LiveAuctionCockpit, EntreprisePortal or InternetPricingConfigurator (but in SRM 5.0, I heard that IPC can be encapsulated in a JVM: look at master guide).

So if you don't use EP or LAC, JAVA stack is not mandatory.
