Activation of Inspection Lot Stock Screen in Usage Decision

Gurus,

I have two queries

1)

I couldn't find the Inspection Inspection Lot Stock Screen in Usage Decision even for Inspection type 01 and 04 .

How to activate the same?

2)

Is it possible to activate Inspection Lot Stock screen for inspection type 03

Definition

This authorization controls whether the fields in the stock posting dialog box are ready for input in the QM transactions for the usage decision.

If the user does not have the authorization for a corresponding quantity field, the field is displayed only.

If the user does not have the authorization for any of the fields, the stock posting dialog box is only displayed upon request. None of the fields will be ready for input. Stock postings are then only carried out for the quantity fields in which entries exist.

Defined Fields

Plant (WERKS)

Inspection stock indicator (INSMK)

Number of quantity field (QBESTBUBER)

Example

Inspection stock indicator = X: postings from inspection stock are allowed. The numbers of the quantity fields correspond to the stock types to which the quantity can be posted.

01 = Unrestricted-use stock, 02 = Scrap 03 = Sample

04 = Blocked stock, 05 = Reserves 06 = Other material

Hi

As other memebr updated pl. chk your authorization.

After getting authorization you can make automatic posting depending on usage decision or you can make the user only posts the stock to respective stock.
