Multiple printouts...

Hi,

I have kept the settings for number of print messages as blank or 01 & when I process any print message from SAP it pops up a dialog window which enables you to select the printer.

Now if I wish to print multiple copies of the document by changing the number of copies to 2 on that dialog box,system only prints single copy.

Which means it is driven via SAP settings for condition record for printing.

Is there any way by which I can keep the settings in communication for printing for number of messages as blank or 01 but I should able to print multiple copies by selecting the same on the dialog box which pops up

Pls check the field NAST-ANZAL is updated for the output you have triggered in the table NAST. This field should not been updated in your case.

In your program or thorugh some user exit, please update this field with the number of messages you want.

If you do that, the exact number of copies will be created as you want.

The program where you have to take up this change is RVADIN01 or RVAD*. In this program , check from line number 280. This should solve your problem
