ITS problem when selecting item in Search Results (F4)

Hello Experts.

We have a problem in F4 search with more than 100 results. The problem is when a user goes to the next page 101 ---, marks a line and press select button (green button). Now the value from the first page is copied into the field.

Example:

Selecting result 105, entry in line 005 is copied.

When double clicking everything works fine.

Is there a solution for this? I have tested in two different systems with the same result.

(We are using integrated ITS, NW 7.0)

Hi Morten,

please apply the support package suggested by SAP note 1032610. This should fix the issue. If you double click on the value is also submitted correctly.

We have now applied the support package suggested SAPKB70012 (and also SAPKB70013). But we still have this problem, is there anything else we can do to correct this?

Hi Morten,

did you try to clear the browser cache already? This helps often

with such Javascript issues.

Ok, next try...

it is likely that note 1124480 describes the solution. Do you have more than

one WebAS in your system?

A work around is to invalidate the template cache: Call the transaction SITSPMON,

activate the tab 'Template and Mime Cache' and use the button 'System wide' for

invalidating the template cache. The correction has been made in a template, not

in a javascript source.
