Problems after upgrading the Adobe Acrobat Reader

Former Member

Hi All!!

I have created a Web Dynpro Abap which displays an Adobe Interactive Form.

Initially, my version of Adobe Acrobat Reader was 6.0, and runs perfectly.

Today, I have upgraded my version to the 8.1, and the form is displayed but with all the fields blank. I have debugged and the information is sent to the Form.

One of my partners has still the version 6.0 and runs perfectly, and another partner has the version 8.1, and has the same problem like me.

Somebody knows what is the cause of this?

Thanks and regards,

Manuel Míguez.

Hi,

Please correct me if i have misundestood your scenario

1. You are using online webdynpro application to display the form

2. After updating you are not able to see any data in the form

Please answer me the following

1. What is the form interface you are using.. DDIC based or XML Schema based

2. What is the WebAs version?

3. How are you sending data into the form ? is it from the backend.

4. Is this interactive form or print form? If it is interactive form can you check if you can enter data into the form or not after it is displayed.

Hi Satya!

On the fist part of your post, I can´t see any data, but I can see the label of the fields.

On the second part:

1. The form is DDIC based.

2. I think is WAS 7.0 SP 12.

3. Yes, is from the backend. I send the data by means of the node context automatically generated on the Web Dynpro ABAP when I indicate the form to the UI element Interactive Form.

4. Is a print form.

I hope I have been clear enough.

Thanks and regards,

Manuel.
