Problem with sapserver.cmd when trying to install oracle10g

Hi.

I 'm going to install oracle10g on IA64 machine, windows 2003 operating system. i downloaded software from service market place, and i started sapserver.cmd after that it is asking about driver and SID, i have given details after that nothing is coming. it is opening another screen in command mode and closing after some time. this is very urgent, please advice.

did you do a double click or did you open a command prompt and type in "sapserver.cmd"?
