serial number issue

Hi we have a problem in the serial number management

1. we have 3 location

testing

booking

billing

my warehouse executive able to assign the serial number of testing in the delivery with billing location

while he does PGI system throws error to him

then he changes the serial number ( what happens in back ground system is creating a dummy serial number ) so stock varriation in happening

2. i have a ecus stastus serial number where i can able to again produce ( mfbf) the same serial serial number ( system just throwing a warning message only , how to change the warrning message to error message

help me in this regards

Hello,

When the serial number status ECUS (At customer site), the should not allow to create the same serail number. If this is the requirement, I hope this can be effectively controlled by some validations in the program. Check with your ABAP consultant.

Hello Mr.Kumar,

in the standard SAP i do not think there is any solution....!!!

Why do not ask some PP consultants in your organization if they have any User exits for MFBF T code.

Pl reward me points if the answer gives any hint to solve the issue
