Problem when deleting an SC from a Track and also creating a new Track

Hi,

I am configuring the NWDI in a new EP 7 SP 13 environment.

When I try to delete an SC from a Track, I am getting the following error :-

"Unexpected error; inform your system administrator: DTR (URL http://<hostname>:50000/dtr) server exception: Cannot delete workspace property XCM:cms-workspace-name of workspace DEMO/nwdi_NWDIDEMO/cons/active".

Also, When I try to create a new Track and save, I am getting the following error :-

"DTR (URL http://<hostname>:50000/dtr) server exception: Could not create workspace".

Can some one please help me in resolving this issue?

Hi,

Before attempting to delete the Software Components, did you delete the DTR workspaces?

If not, follow the instructions in Note 855537 - Delete DTR workspace folders and then try deleting SC.
