Unable to See Instance in SAPMMC

Hi all,

All of a sudden i am unable to see Instance SAP MMC on my desktop. I am a developer and not having much idea on this...

Can anyone please help on this...

Hey Lalu,

Just Chk all the services are started in services.msc.

Chk if the service saposcal and ur sap services are started or not in services file....

If the services is not there, you can add the service by running sapstartsrv.exe from <drive>:\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\exe\run.

1) select the radio button for install service + register COM interface + start service

2) key in your SAP <SID>

3) key in NR<system number>

4) select the start profile from the <drive>:\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\profile\START_DVEBMGS<NR>_<HOST>

5) Username for the SAPService<SID>

6) Password for SAPService<SID>

I can´t create the service. I get the message

cannot install the service

createservice failed:421

The account name is invalid or does not exist, or the password is invalid for the account name specified

what can i do??The instance SMD is necessary?

resolved.The problem was the users domain.
