How to check ISA version?

HI,

We have ISA installed but I dont know how to check the version of what version of ISA is installed. It's ABAP+JAVA. Can some one help regarding this? I have tried system>>status>... nothing showing about ISA.

Hi

To check what version of internet sales you are on proceed as follows.

For the Java side:

Navigate to you SAP netwever homepage something like:

..http://server:51000/index.html

....Select the system information tab.

......Enter the user and password(this is the J2EE admin user and pass)

.........Select u201Call componentu201D button.

Here you can see all the components on the system the system name is

displayed at the top of the page.

For the Internet Sales application the main component name is SHR-APP.

It will show a version something like: 4.0 SP07 .

This means ISA 4.0 Service pack 7

There are also two components SHR-JAV and SHR-WEB these should be kept

on the same level but are only used for custom development.

For the Internet Services application the man component is CRM-APP

and the version and sp level is shown in the same way.

In the ABAP side to check the version proceed as follows:

On the menu bar select

..System

....Status

......Select the magnifying glass button on the SAP System data area.

..........Here you can see all the ABAP the versions.
