SRM Help Hyperlink not working via eportal

Hi

We have placed a URL in BBPHELP in our SRM5.5 system.

The link is working correctly, but when logged on via eportal the link is not working. can anyone advise on how to achieve this, is there some more ABAP needed.

(we would rather not use IView on roles)

Hi,

The source for HELP link in ITS(only) and Enterprise Portal are different.So when you dont have Enterprise Portal,you can modify the template BBPHELP and change the URL for the help link.But this does not work in Enterprise Portal.

We have now found a solution by

A variable help url was defined in the function "startKwHelpPortal"

of Mime object SCRIPT/WPINTEGRATION.JS
