Forward work item in offline approval

Hi Experts,

Using SRM5.0 and MS Outlook for offline approval, is it possible for the approver to forward the e-mail with the work item to another approver who can next approve/reject the shopping cart?

In your solution provided, does the system also show 'WF-BATCH' If the manager approves the shopping cart by himselves?

Hello,

It depends on the setting you make for the program RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL.

If the flag "check sender" is checked, this won't work as the system compares the mail address of the approver to the mail address of the mails' .

If this flag is unchecked, this will work but in approval preview, the SC will appears as approved by WF-BATCH.
