FJS Error Oracle Instance terminated disconnection forced

Hi Gurus,

Please help me out, i am in installing 4.7 in DB instance i got this error Oracle Instance terminated disconnection forced FJS- 00012 executing script failed

please help me out guys

First - which Oracle version are you using on which operating system?

Second - you database crashed.

Did you install the latest patchset (9.2.0.8) for Oracle before starting the installation?

no i didn't install any patches , do i need to install the patches , if i wants to install the patches then u want me to go for the latest patches for oracle 9i

Please read the official installation guide, it will point you to the fact, that you need to install the latest patchset as well as the latest interim patches before trying to start the data load.

I applied the patch even though also the same error is coming . please help me out

Please check the file ora_sql_reesult.log

Also - please post the relevant part of the installation logfile - just the script error message doesn´t help in finding out what the reason is.
