Is there a way to retransmit an IDoc?

I need to retransmit an IDoc with status 12 (Dispatch OK). I tried to display IDoc by BD87 as suggested, and click Process button but nothing happen.
If this is a test environment, you can use WE19 to send a copy of an outbound IDoc.
