Document Templates for Service Desk & ChaRM documents

Hello,

We have been working with document templates within projects in SolMan.

Now we would like to also use such document templates within Service Desk

and ChaRM. Is this possible and how do we set this up ?

I am also interested in creating Template for serv desk and ChaRM. Were you able to do this?
